As I said, I deleted the whole file previously, then restored it when it didn't work. Just tried it again, still no help. Is the path correct?

The path is: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\System Tools

Changing from "File Explorer" to "File Explorer2" and then to "FILE EXPLORER" did not work, but thanks for the try. I have not been able to find a way to open %AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\System Tools in an Explorer window. Not sure what to do with th...

I am trying to rename File Explorer to FILE EXPLORER. It is located in the main menu (not a submenu).

When I right-click on a link in the menu and click Properties > General, change the menu name to all caps and click OK, the text is not changed in the menu. Is there another way to do this, or am I doing something wrong?
