I am running the notorious Windows 8.1. I could set it fine before. I have tried using several images saved into the computer using the same way I always have. I looked at aall the FAQs in power shell and didn't see any addressing the problem but thought I's ask anyway. I had an image before I insta...

Since I installed Classic shell I can't set a desktop image. I have tried and tried. Anyone know of this problem?
