It's interesting, if I click on round start button and select an option "Open main menu" by clicking right mouse button, the folder Programms C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu opens properly

I think the paths for the system folders like Start Menu or Programs are listed here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders Maybe something has corrupted those paths. The folder should be here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs Check if that folder exists. That folder exists Also, right-click on the start button and see if that menu command works there. It should open C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu It's a difficult variant and all...
