I am unable to remove the Settings button when you right click the start button. I have followed the registry steps of HKCU and HKLM, yet the Settings button is still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have Windows 8.1 Pro Pack 64bit, and using the current release of Classic Shell 4.0.2...
