You mean you want to restore a backup of settings from the XML. This can be done after Classic Shell is installed. ClassicStartMenu.exe is located in C:\Program Files\Classic Shell\. So suppose your Menu settings.xml file is at C:\Temp, then use in your .cmd file use the full path: "C:\Program...
