If you copy over the NvSmartMax driver helper files from the 320.49 version of the drivers, all of these issues go away with the exception of the task bar jump lists being in the wrong place(something I have ...

I'm also having this problem and realize we are unfortunately a very small minority. Is this something that is still being looked into from your end?
