Someone help me please. I think this is a bug but if it is not help me resolve it. After I installed ad u[dated to the 4.02 version I can not get a desktop screen. I just get a BLACK screen. My fingerprint login allows me to get to internet icons but I have no way to get to my desktop or MyComputer ...
