1, The programs seem to be random, it could be Skype or the system volume control. It's whatever is not loaded into the system tray before Classic Shell is started

2, When I close and restart these programs the icons show just fine

3. Windows 7 64-Bit, Classic Shell 4.0.2

I would like to report the same issue They are not just hidden, they simply don't show up even when running It seems that when my computer starts and it starts Classic Shell, from then on any icons in the taskbar that have not shown up before Classic Shell started somehow get suppressed.
