I've used what i found in the "Common Toolbar Set", but it doesn't look that good...

I had a look at shell32.dll with resource hacker but what i'm looking isn't there!

Btw, can i disable back and forward buttons from the title bar?

I want to get the exact same look in classic explorer. What file has those icons?
