how do i make icons on the right side larger same as in left side?

im using: 31,5" - 2560 * 1440 - 125%

aside from: it was probably already there. Try right clicking the start button and select 'open' see if its there if-so delete it. if-not try right clicking the start button and selecting. 'open all users' that should solve the issue, unless the app is being really persistent and re-adding the shor...

now it gets created in programs instead?

strange.

actually it wasnt supposed to be like this. this automatic creation of shortcut started to happen some weeks ago.
