Well, after much trials and tribulations, I got it to work...only to find the detail gets reduced out, and my image editing skills leave much to be desired. :lol: Regardless, it was a learning experience. I'm hoping someone could make me a button, using the attached image, but silver/pewter for normal, copper for hover, and gold (with blood on the blade tip for a bonus :P) for pressed. You can change the accent color within the button as you see fit; whatever you think looks best for the metal color....
