Reinstalled/downloaded 4.3 to make sure. same issue -- screen cycles rapidly back and forth from Windows to classic shell in a loop not allowing any operation--even hard to uninstall as the cycling is constant. ran Windows Malicious detection-KB890830-x64-V5.50. results all good. tried to create dum...

After the aug 4 update KB 4021572 for Windows 10, classic shell and windows cycle start cycle back and forth making classic shell unusable. I cant live without classic shell. thanks
