Have two systems, recently upgraded each from Win8 Pro 64bit to Win8.1 Pro 64bit. Noticed that Classic Shell was missing after the upgrade. Checked the registry and found that key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run was missing the StringValue: Classic Start Menu and the required DAT...
