Like if I have Firefox on my start menu it'll have a right arrow and if I hover over it then it'll show me some tasks I could do with it like open new tab, open new window, or new private window. There's some things I have like MPC-HC for instance that if I hover over them it tries to read informati...

Right so, here's the deal: On Windows 8.1 all of your monitors have a task bar. I don't necessarily like that.
