What happens if you press Ctrl+Alt+Del together -> Switch User? If I press Ctrl+Alt+Del together -> Switch User, the switch user screen opens and operates as expected. When I click “Switch User” in the shutdown pull down box I get a flash of the WIN 8.1 switch user screen then WIN 8.1 returns to the original user. If I try a second time then I can switch users as I would expect. This only happens the first time after reboot or wake from sleep. After the first time...
