Is it the entire PC or just Explorer? For example, if you have a Notepad opened, can you still type in it during the 20-30 second hang? After you question I checked it. It looks like more that the "taskbar" hangs and I can use the program which is open. In this case I was able to write th...

All, I'm running Classic Shell 4.0.2 on windows 8.1 which is installed via Parallels. on the new Retina Macbook Pro 13". I use "Classic with two columns" and I unchecked the "Replace start button flag". Each time when I press the start button the PC hangs and gives a delay. ...
