CSM 4.02 deleted Desktop.lnk Immersive Control Panel.lnk Windows Store.lnk after installation. Copying the links from a different W8Pro machine didn't do the trick, the Windows Store and the Immersive Control Panel are de-activated. Un-installing CSM 4.02 didn't help either. The last working version...
