Sorry, but I am using version 4.0.2 and this options shows under "Special Items" Thanks again.

Many Thanks for your solution. Found option you mentioned under "Special Items" rather than "Main Menu" and it worked OK

When selecting Control Panel menu item under Windows 8.1 correctly displays Control Panel window but shows "Large Icon view" rather than "Category view" which is the default view when Control Panel is selected from Windows 8.1 "Charms Panel"
