Have you tried pinning something by dragging to the start button and then dropping in the menu? 3.6.6? I think it's the Windows Vista/7 style, with the Smoked Glass skin. The Pinned Shortcuts list isn't working. I'm using Windows 7. I looked for options to enable it within the settings. I still can't find anything there.
