With Win 8 Classic Shell works great. After upgrading to Win 8.1 and when Classic Shell is running the entire desktop screen keeps reloading. If I quickly manage to open an application the application stays on the screen but the desktop keeps reloading. I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL and end Classic Shell t...
