Hmm, I know its possible to add items to the Win 10 taskbar using StartMenuLayout but for some reason this seems to be hit and miss i.e. its working one minute and not the next. Not sure if this is an issue with the mandatory profiles we use or classic shell (probably a combination of the 2). Is the...

Is it possible to add quick launch shortcuts on the taskbar for all users i.e. in Win7 you can populate %appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar with desired shortcuts. I know ClassicShell has %appdata%\ClassicShell\Pinned which is great but that's for the Start Menu so...
