When something goes wrong, people factory reset their computers and are not computer literate enough to do anything else. On my Windows 8.1 Desktop everything is fine, but on my Windows 8.0 Laptop, and then only under version 4.3.0, Shift+Click does not open the Windows Start Screen. You are correct and thank you for posting that. This is a Windows OS feature. Perhaps there is a registry entry that controls the web pages being displayed *separate* from Recent Items (files).
