I'm assuming this is a glitch with the latest release of Classic Start. I like to have 3 programs pinned to the top of the start menu: Notepad, Snipping Tool, and Change The Theme. Having them pinned makes accessing these programs much easier, and i do often open these programs. Without them pinned,...
