Will classic shell allow for dual task bars on 2 monitors in windows 7?
I can't install new programs on my work computer so I would like to know if it works before asking the IT department to install classic shell.

I am using windows 7.
Will classic shell allow me to scroll inactive windows (without clicking on them first)?
The way displayfusion and windows 10 allow?
