Classic Start Menu Topic: Classic Start taskbar NOT anchored to bottom of the screen

Restart fixes it apparently. But Due work reasons I have to change the main screen several times during the day. Is there a way to fix this issue without restarting or logging off?

Hi. I have multiple monitors, set with the same resolution 1920x1080. I needed to change which monitor was the primary(the laptop original). When I changed the main monitor, the taskbar appears positioned around 3/4 of the screen. Also, seems to be reduced in sized. It is not anchored to the bottom ...
