I was trying to pin Firefox, Roboform, Winamp, pretty much anything & it wouldn't pin to the correct place. Anyway... I installed 4.0 and it's working perfectly now. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the fast response. I tried resetting all settings, uninstalling, reinstalling, and can reproduce every time. It is only pinning to the "All Programs" list for me. No settings dialogues open. I have attached my xml. Edit: Odd. I assume there is supposed to be a lot more in that X...
