Weird, when I started to capture dump it worked magically. Please remove thread :(

Been using 3.9.0 decided to update to test out new feature today, updated to 3.9.3 and Explorer keep auto restarting. Have to uninstall ClassicShell to get Explorer starts normally. Tried to install clean by cleaning AppData, no luck. Can provide dump if needed.
