Yea I am on 4.3.0 and am on Win10 Home with the latest updates if that helps any. After more testing it seems to be a pain to reproduce which is always fun. During a search you can select things with the arrow keys, that finishes if the top and selected file share a name like so. Only keys pressed during the gif are Win, Ctrl+V and Down twice.
