Do you know if these games use Direct X or Open GL? Also, are you using the same resolution for the game and the desktop? Sorry to revive this thread. But I also got this issue, so far i've noticed it in World Of Warcraft, running same resolution as desktop and directx 11. I do remember it happenin...
