I don't see many task bar skins i reall want so is it just simple make a bar or is it like start menu where you have to do something else?

I don't know if this is the right forum but i had a start button that was too big so i did -1 on size and now its gone and i cant open the settings how do i open the setting without it(ive tried right clicking where it was)

Is it still infected? I heard about this virus from danooct1 so I looked to see if it was still live
