Great. I wasn't sure whether I would lose the settings, since I have a heavily customised start menu, but I just reinstalled, and all is well. Thanks!

I've just upgraded Windows 8.1 with Classic Shell 4.2.5 to Windows 10. Whenever I restart, Classic Shell says it "needs to configure itself for the new operating system" and tries to run ClassicStartMenu.exe -upgrade. Windows10 refuses to let this run; Classic Shell starts fine afterwards....
