What's bothered me with numerous tutorials on making Windows 8-10 look like older operating systems is that the title bar is never changed and it really really bothers me for some reason and I'm wondering if the ability to change how the title bars look can be implemented into Classic Shell. I know this is probably reviving an older thread, but does anybody here know how to get rid of that annoying overlay that blocks and conflicts with some taskbars?

Same as any other Taskbar image .-.
(Just use the one which corresponds to the correct side of the screen)

Oh, I thought they were for something else taskbar related.

Cortana can already be disabled in Windows 10, so that feature is pretty pointless.

Could you please add an option to the Taskbar look settings to make it so that you get to set the transparency of the taskbar?
As for the taskbar texture, it would be ignored and the taskbar itself is the only thing that is customized.
