UPDATE: Got it back to normal! Seems like the toolbar still existed since I had other available toolbars to use. In this case, Adobe Acrobat & Norton Toolbar . I had to disable these options in Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage add-ons , then had to ensure Lock the toolbars was active. Just...

Hello, I recently installed Classic Shell (all features) and then proceeded to uninstall it (I only needed the Classic Shell Start Menu). Previously, I was using OldNewExplorer to hide the ribbon, but after the installation of Classic Shell it left the toolbar/ribbon showing without any way to hide ...
