Yes, the right click works on startup and also when I exit CS and then get it to restart with the settings start. I'll check what is loading and eliminate them one at a time as you recommended.

I'm running Win 10 Build 10586 on several different computers. I have the Box checked in settings for right click opens Win+X Menu on all the computers.
