1. The Windows 7 menu behavior is non-standard. In a submenu, the top item getting selected is normal. 2. The preferred action varies by each user. I might as well add that I would have submitted a patch/pull request if the project was still open-source. Unfortunately it isn't any more so I have no option but to submit this bug report so you fix it at your end.
