Thanks. That was the issue. I thought it was the shell.

I installed the latest classic shell on 3 computers. Worked perfectly on 2. However on the 3rd computer it only changed the start menu. The desktop still has the "tiles" and will not let me view or use like Windows 7 (which it did on the other 2). Same with the Taskbar. I can't even hide o...
