I can not open folders and "open" is disabled in right click. Do you know how to fix this issue?

Thanks to all of you for your answers. I worked with windows since windows 95 and now I'm on windows 10 and this is my start menu, thanks to classic shell which helped me ignore the awful new designs.

Hi guyz I jumped from windows 7 to 10, now I noticed the additional clock in the taskbar won't appear there and I have to hover on clock everytime I need to know additional clock and this is very annoying for those who need to know constantly the additional clock time.
