Where in settings is the "mouse hover behavior" option that controll what happens when you mouse over a start menu folder such as "programs" . I would like they don't open automatically when I mouse over just when I click on it

Hi guys !

I wonder if there is a way to keep the default left screen corner context menu in Classic Shell Start Button.
You know, the menu that shows up when you right click left bottom edge in Windows desktop. I use it very often as a shorcut to disk management and uninstall programs.
