Well this is really odd. Uninstalled classic shell and it still does it. Sometimes it opens 2 windows, sometimes it doesn't. What the heck could be causing this. OCD is going batty.

I am having a odd issue where when I open up file explorer either by going to 'this pc' on classic shell or opening file explorer via the start menu, I will navigate 2 folders down on C: and then 2 instances of a file explorer window will open up on the same sub folder.
