i just reinstalled...will try again. i downloaded win7 button and it had 3 states but ill try again

i'm using win10 When i loaded a custom start button the start button disappeared. It seems to be the left of screen becasue I can still access start by the pointing mouse in corner and left clicking but when i try to right click to open setting, i cant get in, either to disable or adjust it. I unins...
