Thanks for that prompt reply. It worked. Now I can have a play around with the GPO settings. Are there anymore GPO settings that don't work with 'windows start menu'? I was hoping to use the windows7 start menu on win10 machines.

I am trying to get classic shell working. I have loaded onto a client and each time a user logs on the classic start menu pops up. I have then imported the startmenu template into policies and created a startmenu gpo on server2008. However, now when a user logs in, the classic start menu does not lo...
