This could possibly be the case... When viewing remotely via TeamViewer you dont get an exact visual replication .. such as the background going black.... The trouble is that the person I an trying to help is 85 years old and has little knowledge and comes to me for help when things dont go smoothly...

Thanks for the reply.... Unfortunately as i am trying to assist the relative via TeamViewer I do not think I will be able to get a screen shot of this any time soon. All that is on the Win 10 machine is Classic Shell
