I'm searching for "System" item that's in control panel.

I've installed latest beta version (3.9.0) and using Windows 7 style.
On Windows 7 I used to be able to search for control panel and administrative tools items.
This seems to be missing from classic shell. Is there any way for me to add these items to the search?
