It does use transparencies.., in the first state the background is transparent, while the foreground is white. In the other 2 states the background is black while the foreground is clear. I might switch to UxStyle. But I do feel that the Theme Patcher just works and it doesn't run any background tasks. It just patches.

I'm going to still be using Windows 7. Windows XP to 7 was a huge step. 7 to 8 won't. So for me it may even last more then 10 years

Well after looking at T-Clock it does looks nice as it displays date as well. All a clock needs to do is tell me the time Yeah I can't stand using Safari on Mac. Well yeah they are giving us lack of customization. But did it ever have it in the first place?
