Hi Gaurav,
The step you mentioned is for IE. I don't use it. I have firefox.
So my problem is for the files manager.
See the screen capture showing there is no more classic shell toolbar.

How can I solve this issue ?

I had classic shell 4.2.4. I don't know what's happened, the toolbar disappeared in the files explorer. I uninstall the soft then reboot and intall the version 4.2.5 Settings were checked and found anything wrong. It's as if classic shell were not installed. (So, I specify it works for the Start men...
