is there a way to fix this? i updated everything and tried a few things but it seems to be worse now

So my laptop was running great until I shut it down and came back on it later today... I tried clicking on cortana but nothing worked... I noticed all of the icons on the bottom right do nothing as well. This has happened to me before but I solved it by deleting classic shell and updating my laptop ...
