UAC is not a program name. It is a settings page. It was the example. The full name for that 'shortcut' is "Change User Account Control settings". If I create a desktop shortcut and then run it using Ctrl+Shift+Enter, it will start normal - it SUPPORTS elevation. So the problem is only in...

Is there a way to display Username (login) under user picture? Could not find this option anywhere...
