I have a new installation of Win 10 on a 64b HP p2-1334 computer. I was unable to get the quick launch toolbar to work properly. After kicking off the QL toolbar I couldn't drag it to the left on the taskbar and also clicking on icons in the QL toolbar did nothing. I uninstalled Classic Shell 4.2.4 ...
