The taskBar and Start Menu pop up whenever it wants. It does not matter what I'm doing it will pop up and I have to click it off.It comes up even when I'm watching a video.I can't find a fix in any of the help material.Please help,I was so happy to find a fix to the other desktop offered in Win 8.1 ...
