Classic Explorer on my Windows 7 desktop looks exactly like the one shown on the home page: http://www.classicshell.net/ But on my Windows 8.1 tablet, Classic Explorer looks very different. The Menu Bar has "File/Computer/View" tabs instead of "File/Edit/View/Tools/Help" tabs. Is...
